Albert Milligan has been in the Electrical Engineering field for over 35 years. He started his career working for a top Fortune 100 Petrochemical Company. He has extensive experience working with computer-aided drafting equipment, project management, construction, and electrical/instrumentation design. Albert is a self-starter and has truly little formal college education. He has held several positions in management and has traveled extensively during his career. Presently, he operates an online business called QuantumStones, where he develops, designs, markets, educates, and ships quantum jewelry around the world.
